Welcome to RocketCityEngineers.com, operated by Alexander's Test & Control Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). We keep these terms short and readable, but they are a binding agreement. By using the site, you accept them.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to act for it.

Using the site

You may browse, search, and share anything on the site for personal and professional use. Don't scrape the site at abusive volume, attempt to break authentication or rate limits, submit spam through our forms, upload malware, or misrepresent who you are (for example, by claiming a company profile you don't represent).

Accounts

Accounts are free and signed in via magic link. You're responsible for the email inbox that receives those links and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts used for spam, scraping, fraudulent company claims, or abuse of the AI tools.

Your content and uploads

You keep ownership of anything you upload, such as your resume. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process it only to operate the features you use — for example, saving it to your account and sending it to our AI provider to extract fields for the tools you run. Your resume stays private unless you choose to apply to an employer's job posting on the site, in which case it is shared with that employer so they can consider you. We never sell your resume or show it to anyone else. You are responsible for what you upload: do not upload classified, export-controlled (ITAR/EAR), or other sensitive government information — this is a commercial website, not an accredited system.

AI tools

Features like "Explain this job," cover-letter drafts, interview prep, and career-path suggestions are generated by an AI model and are provided for informational guidance only. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Review and verify anything before you rely on it, and never treat it as legal, financial, or career advice. We don't guarantee any outcome, including that you'll get an interview or a job.

Job listings and site content

Job listings, salary data, and guides are provided for information only. Many listings are aggregated from public sources and third-party career sites. We work to keep them accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that any listing is still open, that salary figures apply to your situation, or that content is error-free. Always verify details with the employer directly before making career decisions. Salary pages are built from public sources (including U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data) and our own research.

Employer postings

Employers who post jobs are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, including clearance and citizenship requirements, and for complying with equal-opportunity and anti-discrimination law. Employers may not charge job seekers a fee or misuse applicant data. We may edit for format or decline any posting at our discretion.

Free for job seekers, and optional support

Using RocketCityEngineers.comas a job seeker is free, and always will be — browsing jobs, saving them, alerts, and the core account features cost nothing. If you'd like to support the site, you can become a Lifetime Supporting Member: a one-time payment that earns you a Supporting Member badge and access to extra AI assistance tools as our thanks. It's a way to chip in, not a required upgrade.

Employers have separate paid options: job postings, sponsored events, and verified-employer subscriptions. Prices and what each includes are shown at checkout, and payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; canceling stops the next renewal and you keep access through the paid period.

Supporting Membership can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Employer services are non-refundable once delivered, and we don't refund partial subscription periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If something was charged in error, email us and we'll make it right.

Site content — articles, guides, salary analysis, design — belongs to Alexander's Test & Control Solutions LLCunless otherwise noted. Company names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only; their presence doesn't imply endorsement. "RocketCityEngineers.com" is our brand. If you believe content here infringes your copyright, email [email protected]with the details and we'll review it.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing, salary figure, or AI output is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions made based on listings, salary data, relocation guidance, or AI output. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to cover our reasonable costs (including attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your violation of these terms or the law.

Termination

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — content license, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law — continue after termination.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, email us and give us 30 days to resolve it. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
