This team focuses on monitoring and assessing processes that guide Blue Origin design, manufacture, and operations, ensuring system safety engineering, environmental health and safety, product integrity and continuous improvement processes serve the Blue Origin Mission and Vision. Special Mentions • Relocation provided • Shifts available: • A Shift Monday – Thursday (10 Hours) • Interviews will include a technical assessment Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Manage preparation for Computer Aided Manufacturing inspection by creating data analysis templates using Microsoft Excel. • Inspection Software Quality Assurance. • Program, setup and operate CMM • Using design data to inspect machined and received components. • Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections. • Provide feedback to machinists and engineers with dimensional data. • Document Non-Conformance reports as required. • Provide inspection time estimates. • Process improvement including inspection cycle time reductions. • Maintain configuration control on files and job records. • Safely work in an industrial environment. Minimum Qualifications • A minimum of 7 years of experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace components or equivalent. • CMM programming and operation specifically with PC-DMIS • Superior blueprint reading skills including GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2009 standard. • Excellent communication skills. • Fluent in the use of precision hand tools, gages, optical comparator, and surface plate work. • Experience inspecting tight tolerance, high value components. • Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9000 Quality Management Systems and/or related quality systems and programs • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Primary Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain the organization’s CUI network and overall systems infrastructure in the interest of maintaining compliance with applicable federal regulations and cybersecurity frameworks. • Configures, monitors, and troubleshoots Cisco switches, routers, and wireless equipment as part of day-to-day operations. • Administers Cisco ISE to manage network access, authentication, and policy enforcement. • Manages Palo Alto firewalls, including maintaining security rules, configuring VPNs, and monitoring for potential threats. • Supports Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and identity management. • Manages Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other authentication systems. • Supports Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence used for ticketing, documentation, and internal workflows. • Respond to urgent network or infrastructure incidents and support after-hours troubleshooting when required. • Manages and configures both Windows 11 and RHEL operating systems. • Monitors network performance and troubleshoots connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and VPN connection. • Assists with endpoint management, patching, and configuration compliance for both Windows and Linux systems. • Effectuates CMMC requirements, including documentation, implementation of security controls, and audit preparation. • Works closely with the team, other business operations members, and engineers to keep systems running securely and reliably.
